STAR LAWYER TRAINING PROGRAM
We Teach Success.

“Learn to think like a partner now, not later.”

 Tom Wardell, Founder of ALDC, Partner, McKenna Long &
  Aldridge LLP

Would you benefit from a teacher/advocate to share the nuts and bolts tools that are vital to successfully negotiate the practice of law?  The ALDC’s STAR (Strategic Training, Advancement and Retention) Lawyer Training Program provides “next day” skills that will become building blocks for a lifetime of success.

We offer “how to,” one-hour classes that:

§         Identify everyday (seen and unseen) career limiting problems;

§         Provide concrete examples based on real-life issues;

§         Discuss the negative consequences of problems/issues;

§         Provide practical solutions and remedies.

The ALDC’s user-friendly training is taught by seasoned attorneys and other professionals. You will receive practical advice and “immediate” fixes. Not only will you learn the pitfalls to avoid, but also key lessons on the skills and habits necessary for success.

‘There are written and unwritten fundamental skills every successful lawyer needs.  We offer both.”
Jill Harrison, Partner, Dow Lohnes PLLC.

BENEFITS AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

The STAR Lawyer Training Program offers lawyers, law school graduates, and third year law students and opportunity to:

§         Learn “next day” skills in a non-judgmental discussion and training environment.

§         Make contacts with seasoned attorneys who have been where you are – and want to help you advance and succeed.

§         Establish relationships with lawyers from small to large firms and in various fields of practice.

§         Develop a personal strategy for success and get immediate feedback from lawyers outside your work/learning environment.

“We teach foresight with our hindsight.”
