    STAR Lawyer Training Programs-- On Going.  

    The ALDC is pleased to offer classes to lawyers, recent law-school graduates, law students, and pre-law students to learn success skills and habits.  This signature program provides training in a relaxed, problem-solving learning environment that can be applied the next day.  

    The ALDC provides training on these and other topics:   
     

    n      How to form relationships with partners

    n      How to get substantive feedback from partners and senior counsel

    n      How to be a good mentee

    n      How to communicate effectively

    n      How to practice an ownership attitude

    n      How to avoid the worst associate mistakes

    n      How to interpret documents

    n      How to balance work and life

    n      How to be a “go to” lawyer
