Goals

The ALDC exists to: promote the recruitment, retention, development, and training of STAR lawyers. “We teach success.”

Identify and implement specific practices and programs that most effectively advance success for all lawyers, law school graduates, and law students.

Design and implement data evaluation measurements that document ALDC objectives.

Create and fund scholarships for third-year law students, with particular focus on minority and women law students.

Develop programs and policies that identify and solve the problems legal employers encounter in attracting and retaining qualified attorneys.
